Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to sell and deliver your tickets: name, email, phone, attendee names, and — only if you request an invoice — company billing details. No card details are ever stored on our servers; card payments are processed by our payment provider.

How we use your data

• To create your order and generate your tickets.
• To email your tickets, payment instructions, and (if you don't complete checkout) at most one reminder about items left in your cart.
• To respond to "Can't find your ticket?" requests — for privacy, that form always shows the same message whether or not an account exists.

Data retention

Order and ticket records are kept as required for accounting and event administration. You may request deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us with your order reference.

Third parties

We share only what's necessary with our payment provider to process your transaction, and with our email delivery service to send your tickets.
